VANEX has served the Lower Mainland for over six years, providing reliable currency services to its clientele throughout these years. VANEX is proud of its track record and it looks forward to working with its clients well into the future.

As many of VANEX’s clients know, its founders – Reza Soleymani and me, Pouria Emadi – have been involved in an 18-month court dispute about VANEX’s future. That dispute has now come to a close, with the court ruling in my favour on every occasion.

Two full length decisions are publicly available online:

• In Emadi v. Soleymani, 2025 BCSC 1178, the court agreed with my position that Mr. Soleymani and I should exchange offers to sell our shares in VANEX. It also ordered Mr. Soleymani to provide me with the Company’s accounting information. The court declined to follow Mr. Soleymani’s argument that the two owners should bid on the Company’s assets.

• In Emadi v. Soleymani, 2025 BCSC 1809, the court ordered Mr. Soleymani to pay my costs associated with the original hearing.

Most recently, the court ordered the cancellation of Mr. Soleymani’s shares in VANEX. This was due to his failure to follow the court ordered share sale process. While the court’s reasons are not yet public, the order is, and a copy is attached to this press release.

Today, VANEX is taking steps to stabilize its operations after this lengthy dispute. VANEX’s operations have been complicated by Mr. Soleymani’s breach of the court order requiring him to disclose accounting information.

In the meantime, VANEX wishes all its customers to know that VANEX will fully honour its commitments, and expects to complete all outstanding payments no later than the beginning of February 2026.

ونکس (VanEx) بیش از شش سال است که به ساکنان منطقه لوئر مین‌لند خدمات ارزی قابل‌اعتماد ارائه می‌کند. ونکس به سابقه کاری خود افتخار می‌کند و مشتاق است در سال‌های پیش رو نیز در کنار مشتریان خود باشد.

همان‌طور که بسیاری از مشتریان ونکس می‌دانند، بنیان‌گذاران آن – رضا سلیمانی و من، پوریا عمادی – طی ۱۸ ماه گذشته درگیر یک دعوای قضایی درباره آینده ونکس بوده‌ایم. این اختلاف اکنون خاتمه یافته و دادگاه در تمام موارد به نفع من رأی داده است.

دو رأی کامل دادگاه به‌صورت عمومی به شکل آنلاین در دسترس است:

• در پرونده Emadi v. Soleymani, 2025 BCSC 1178، دادگاه با موضع من موافقت کرد که آقای سلیمانی و من باید برای فروش سهام‌مان در ونکس به یکدیگر پیشنهاد بدهیم. همچنین دادگاه به آقای سلیمانی دستور داد اطلاعات حسابداری شرکت را در اختیار من قرار دهد. دادگاه استدلال آقای سلیمانی را مبنی بر اینکه دو مالک باید برای دارایی‌های شرکت مزایده بگذارند، نپذیرفت.

• در پرونده Emadi v. Soleymani, 2025 BCSC 1809، دادگاه آقای سلیمانی را ملزم کرد هزینه‌های من را که مربوط به رسیدگی اولیه بود، بپردازد.

به‌تازگی نیز دادگاه دستور ابطال سهام آقای سلیمانی در ونکس را صادر کرده است. دلیل این امر، عدم تبعیت او از فرایند فروش سهام بود که توسط دادگاه دستور داده شده بود. اگرچه دلایل مکتوب دادگاه هنوز به‌صورت عمومی منتشر نشده است، خودِ دستور موجود است و نسخه‌ای از آن به این اطلاعیه خبری پیوست شده است.

امروز، ونکس در حال برداشتن گام‌هایی برای تثبیت فعالیت‌های خود پس از این اختلاف طولانی است. اجرای عملیات ونکس به‌دلیل نقض دستور دادگاه از سوی آقای سلیمانی – که او را ملزم به افشای اطلاعات حسابداری می‌کرد – با پیچیدگی‌هایی روبه‌رو شده است.

در این میان، ونکس مایل است به تمام مشتریان خود اطمینان بدهد که کلیه تعهدات خود را به‌طور کامل ایفا خواهد کرد و انتظار دارد تمامی پرداخت‌های معوق را حداکثر تا اوایل فوریه ۲۰۲۶ تسویه کند.
